MySurvey Survey problems.

Is anyone else having problems with My Survey? The UK website?

I find that I am completing surveys and it says:

lbl_technicalerror_header

lbl_technicalerror_text1

lbl_technicalerror_text2 lbl_privacy_Contactus_Link

lbl_technicalerror_thankyou

Now I have e-mailed them, about 3 separate surveys, with a total of 350 points owed (550 points = £5) and no-one has had the courtesy to even reply to me. I just wondered if anyone else is having the same problems? It happens at the end of the survey (surprise, surprise!) and then when I access the survey again via their website or the e-mailed link it tells me that I have already completed it.

I did search for a thread but 'My Survey' brings up so many threads! :rotfl:

    Just today ?
    Give them chance to reply.

It does seem to happen sometimes, google brings up a few results

My Survey Australia Hi x, we apologise for the technical error and thank you for your post. Normally, when there is a problem at last, we reward the points manually after the survey closed. But, for make it sure, would you please provide the survey number to check in detail? We are sorry that we cannot know the survey number through your link. Thank you for your cooperation and participation in MySurvey.

They have e-mailed back, to say that they have closed my account...

Your request has been solved. To reopen this request, reply to this email.

    Dear panellist,

I have unsubscribed you from our MySurvey panel. It is possible that within the coming weeks you may still receive an invitation to one of our surveys. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and would like to ask you to please disregard these.

I would like to thank you for your past cooperation.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me again.

    Kind regards,
    Emma Morisson

Nowhere in my e-mail did I ask for my account to be closed. I did say that if they couldn't credit me and get the problems resolved, it's happened more than once, that I would leave and would advise my friends and people elsewhere not to use the site because of the problems they've had.

I've been a member of MySurvey for quite a few years and had reason to contact them two or three times regarding issues not uncommon to yours. Not once have I received a response so I gave up attempting to communicate with them when a survey fails to credit or boots out after the completion screen. I just curse to myself for the time wasted and invariably jump on the next survey opportunity.

Yes I have had a few technical problems recently but when I email I just get an automated reply or non at all.
I will carry on for a couple more surveys using a different browser in case there is a problem at this end although it has worked up to now so ?????

Seems to me that the problems come and go. I am frustrated as My Survey usually nets me about £15-£20 most months as I get lots of surveys, although recently about 1/3 of those haven't worked properly at the end. Still, like most people I keep going in the hope to make some money at least.

I only started with them back in May and I was going great guns, I then refused to install software on my machine via one of the surveys and nothing for three weeks.

I then got invited to do a food diary for two days worth 750 points, all completed no credit, ticket raised, response, be patient!

I am inundated with surveys now though, I got 6 invites yesterday and four so far today - its all or nothing and no customer service. The low cash out value is what attracted me to them so will keep going but its all a bit odd!
  • Hi,
Yes I did the diary too it took quite a while to do and I entered 99% of the data and then it crashed, I contacted them about it but it still has not been resolved.
Yes I got the survey asking to install something and I didn't take that one either...a coincidence?

I've not had a survey for a couple of weeks now, also declined the download (conspiracy theorists make of that what you will!). Annoying, because I'm only a few points off the tenner.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

If I remember correctly it costs the same for 2 x £5 and 1 x £10 usually, also they do £3 too if you're going for Paypal.

  • I did the food diary too and got no payment! I am quickly reaching the conclusion that it's not worth doing any kind of survey that requires more input than the usual 'instant credit' type ones. I've done food diaries, text surveys etc with several of these sites now and the credit has never come through.
