    Morning all.

  • Good morning guys

A bit colder today and sky is very grey.

    PM - hugs

Kerri - I could never leave a womble whether I wanted it or not. lol. And I totally agree about bad childrens behaviour in shops. Some parents have no idea how to parent a child and let them do what they want.

Jeferey - I bet your FD is thrilled to be going on holiday abroad, is it her first ever flight as well.

Great news about the holiday jeferey :j Where are you going in Turkey? We keep looking at it, but its somewhere I am so unfamiliar with I can never decide where to book.

We are going to Özdere near Kuşadası flying into Izmir. Flight times are pretty good too :)
Last time we went to İçmeler which was lovely and not too lively. All depends what you want / need / kids, etc.

Jeferey - have a fantastic holiday with FD. So exciting for her.
PM - hugs. Hope the docs can come up with some other suggestions for you.
Kerri - your shopping trip to Asda sounds like a nightmare, but so many children do seem to behave like this and parents don't seem to know how to handle the children. When DS was about 2 or 3 and having a tantrum in a supermarket, threw himself on the floor, screaming etc as he couldn't have what he wanted, OH just left him to carry on with his tantrum until he realised he wasn't getting any attention. Oh then said to him "have you finished - shall we carry on with the shopping now?" It was amazing how many people tut tutted as us but it worked and he never did that again whilst shopping!

Mum not been well these past few days as she now has a cold. Unfortunately I also picked up some sort of bug and have been in bed since Sunday evening. Just felt a bit better today so got up and had a bath and got dressed. Hubby just gone over to see mum and do some shopping for her.

Thanks, I might have a look for next year. No kids, just me and OH, somewhere that's not packed to the rafters with party-goers but just somewhere where you can have a nice meal out and head to a bar for a few drinks or something in the evening would be nice.

Sorry your mum has picked up a cold and you have some kind of bug. I hope you both feel better soon.

My cold has more or less gone, just left with a bad cough now.

Seems so many cold/flu problems going round early this year, so hope no one else picks one up.
