  • Good morning all.

Glad you enjoyed your London meet up. Sounds as though you had fun and got to sample PM's baking too.

Hope you all have a good day

Good Morning. Not sure what is happening with the weather today, it is warm ish but the sky is very grey. I read we were supposed to have a heatwave this week starting today, but doesn't look like it is in my area. Just wondering if the washing is going to dry with no breeze or sun:(
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

typical I didn't put my washing out this morning as it was so foggy here... and now lovely and sunny. I must start making more of an effort to put it out early evening and then it might be dry by the time I get home.
  • Afternoon all

    xx
  • Did 4 loads of washing yesterday and couldn't put it out as it started to drizzle. Left it in the basket and its out on the line drying today.

You just can;t dry towels inside can you, put some on a clothes maiden yesterday and they were still wet this morning. Still did another load and the lot is outside in the sunshine.

Don't know about a heatwave but it is lovely and warm today.

I don't think she does her own ironing so not much chance of her doing mine. Although I did see her with an iron in her hand at the posh hotel, but she was looking at it like she didn't know how to use it:eek::eek:

Am I the only one who finds ironing relaxing ? Only if it is a cool day though. Hate it when it is hot!

Only for the first couple of items, after that I get a tad fed up with it.
