    Good morning everyone. Lovely sunny day again, hope it lasts for a while now. I think it is hot enough for me though, don't want it any warmer.

    Morning all on our shiny new thread - yay!
    Lovely here in Sheffield too, supposed to cool a bit middle of week and then very warm on Friday. Picked another load of strawberries at allotment last night - nearly 4kgs - been brill this year, over 50 punnets worth so far :D
    If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D

    Jeferey, thats an amazing amount of strawberries. Have you made some jam or eaten them fresh.

    Eaten lots, given some away, I'm turning 3 kgs into wine. Made some years ago - lovely stuff!
    I've never made jam, seems like a lot of faff when you can just buy a jar for 79p :)
