Well raining heavy here :eek::eek::eek: insurance company finally got back to DH yesterday afternoon gave him a reference number and said a surveyer would be in touch in a few days time but in the mean time go ahead to get a temp job to prevent more damage and send bill. Easier said then done DH put our info on some list of builders where they are supposed to contact us offering to give quotes not heard a dicky bird since Sat. Guess they are all busy with bigger jobs ATM.

Sun is shining today here, but very cold I've just spent an hour trying to find out who my OH's car was insured by as I thought that the insurance was up on the 25th and had no renewal documents:( I finally decided to pay £4 to askmid and get the details of who it was insured by and ring them. Turns out it doesn't expire till the end of May so that's why haven't received anything. I hate online billing etc, very difficult to find information if you can't remember the company and with insurance there is so many quotes from various companies it is difficult to remember who you take it out with in the end, well it was for me:o:o
