A very tired headachy good morning everyone:)

Got woken with 3 really bad cramps at 1am had to wake DH up to take DS1 to work for 3am as couldn't actually walk so definately can't drive it's like under the calf has gone into a sort of spasm still really painful worrried it will go in to cramp again grrrr

Jeferey what a fab prezzie for DD1 they will have a great time and wonderful memories.:A

We done same for DS2's 18th they loved it it was his first holiday with no parents him and his friend packed so much into that week.

Sorry AH. Are you drinking plenty of water?

Try drinking a small glass of water with a teaspoon of salt? I find that helps when I have cramp.

Aesop think you maybe right about the salt thing as sure when I was pregnant and got cramps that's what they said it's because you low in salt. But ouww the thought of drinking salt :eek: as don't even put salt on my food well occasionaly on chips from chiup shop :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
