No they vary, some are even cheaper. Depends where you love. Mine includes mains water on tap and the rent for a brick built shed too! Bargain : D

Unbelievable pictures of Somerset area on news had no idea until a couple of days ago what been going on in that area and news says they had flooding for over 4 weeks now:eek::eek::eek:

I thought it was virtually summer weather for you northerners (OH is from north of the boarder so I feel after 15yrs I'm allowed the odd weather joke, I get enough about being a Sassenach )

Goo morning. Just been and put bins out and although cold no frost or rain this morning. Hoping it will at least be an ok day as want to go shopping to use the last of my m&s coupons. Managed to get a few half legs of lamb using two £5 off £25 so least got some decent meat. Was going to get the dine in's but got enough wine so went for meat instead as a lot better than supermarket meat. I have really gone off Tesco meat. Would love to get meat from local butchers but not that many around here now.:(

No rain here atm either but very cold.

It must be dreadful having the flooding that some parts have. At least where I am its only my garden that floods and it doesnt come near the house. We had land draines put it the garden but they sometimes can;t cope with the amount of rain we get.
