    Good morning everyone

Really windy here as well Jeferey. Keep hearing gusts of wind so not a good day for going out. Will stay in and do my cards I think.

    Stay safe everyone.

Sounds like a great idea CW. I've sent my card to Sweden now, just a few to do for nearest and dearest. I don't do any for work any more and put some money in for charity instead.

Forgot to say went with DD1 to see Gravity 3D last night with George Clooney and Sandra Bullock - excellent film. I'm not the greatest fan of 3D movies but this was well worth watching!

Edit: Orange Wednesdays of course ;)

Evening all, gotta head back out soon - chilly here and a bit windy but we're in a valley so a little bit sheltered and the Shire tends not to get the extremes of some areas.

Still no Xmas cards written here and struggling with plans for the HM gifts, just can't believe it's 5th Dec already!

Good morning. No wind today thank goodness. My wheely bins had blown about and a lot of stuff had come out of them yesterday. Two big top slates had fallen off the roof and dropped not far from my door as well, thank goodness it was in the early hours when no one was around. I hope no one had any damage.
It seems quite warm ish today, hope it stays like that at least for the rest of the day as going out shopping.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    Good morning all.

ONe of my bins blew over as well Blue, luckily it was empty at the time so no rubbish blowing around.

Other than that don't think we have any damage, thank goodness. My new window appears to have solved the damp thing and the wall is dry now. Just a bit of plastering to do and then can finish the wallpapering.

Did a load of cards and posted them yesterday so at last making some progress in getting ready for xmas.

    Hope your all well.

 - it's 2°C in Sheffield. Hope you get the slates fixed soon!
No damage here but the flooding on the East Coast looks bad.
Well done CW. DW has done most of crimbo cards and I've brought them to work this morning to post - saves going to post box :). Finally used up all the second class stamps I bought when they were a lot cheaper (36p I think). I'll have to use the franking machine at work from now on.

Great news about your window solving the damp, bet your relieved. Not done any christmas cards, but then tbh don't send that many anyway.
