Another scorcher today!Think we getting the last 3 summers weather all at once!

Good thinking CW. Went to a local farm shop this morining and had a lovely late breakfast/early lunch with OH and FD. Good old Amex got me £5 off and we had a free strawberry dessert with ice cream, cream and sauce from local paper too. Nice
May have to buy something next week to put away for crimbo CW
We haven't had as hot a day today FT (max 21°C) but managed to pick 2.75kgs of strawberries on allotment this morning

Much cooler today so we can be more comfortable. Seems strange being glad thats its cloudy but the heat had really got to me.

Afternoon all, well it seems we're getting a bit of a respite from those really high temps this weekend, though still pretty hot today. Looks like the end of this week is going to see it rain - which I guess is good for the garden but not so good for the car boot i want to do on Sun.

Its clouded over here too, mind you I'm glad its a bit cooler.Ill not be unhappy if it stays like this but ill bet it will be raining by Friday as thats when I start a 2 week stretch working outdoors.
