Any idea how long it takes for the vendor to receive their money from the sale of their property from agreed moving in date?

Is the vendor in question (you?) doing their own conveyancing, or using a solicitor?
The money will go there on the day of Completion, and then if appropriate, be forwarded.
However final bills will be paid first (estate agent? SDLT?) so even iIf CHAPS is requested/paid for it could be a few days.0 -
