I don't know if it's related, but someone I know can't actually wear any silver jewellery or watches, as it always leaves a blackish-blue mark on their skin.0 -

You can only get Argyria if you mix Salts with the distilled water as this cause a different chemical reaction called silver chloride. I have done my research so will not get argyria, unlike the blue man Paul Karason who used salts to create a faster solution....
