Has anyone got a link to a Continuous Insurance Enforcement letter that has been scanned in by someone on any forum?

Does anyone know what it says EXACTLY someone who has seen one and is not just guessing or using the generalised terms posted online by the DVLA or MID?

Ok so it is here http://stayinsured.askmid.com/ial.html
It is implying but not saying specifically.... That you get this letter and if you find you are not insured as long as you either insure from that day or SORN from that day...you won't be fined.... and as Insurance provider will not backdate cover there will be a gap in your insurance but you won't be fined for having the gap

Does anyone know how long it takes MID to send out the letter ?
Does anyone know how long after sending the letter does MID take before issuing the fine letter?
