Travel Insurance for Breast Cancer patient

After my wife's two operations for breast cancer earlier this year we now want to start overseas travel again. We need travel insurance specifically for taking our caravan abroad and also for cruising. We have a long list of insurers for pre-existing medical conditions but can anybody recommend a company to insure with please. We are both in our late 60's.
