So the journey is nearly over and we complete 19th July, from
Selling our home in January we have finally exchanged on our new home about an hour ago.
It's been a long journey of ups and downs as per my previous post https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4632953 but finally we got there.
Thank you to everyone who gave advise along the way, it's all been very much appreciated

Forgot to add this sale was accepted May 15th, there was a delay of 3 weeks for the survey and completion July 19th, so 9 weeks two days. There was just us and the seller in the chain and she brought a new build, which was the hold up for the last week or so.0 -
