Hi all
I'm new to this, but i wanted to canvas your opinions.
To the side of our house is a car port and this is the only access to the back garden.
We want to turn it into a garage and utility room but we are worried about resale.
Would it put you off buying if access to the back garden was via the garage? (leaving access at the side of the utility room)?
Or would it put you off buying if you had to go through the utility room (and garage) to get to the back garden?
Many Thanks

What's your front hallway like? As a family home I would want a hallway I could get shoes and coats stored in and an easy clean floor for wet daysHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

Thanks - there is quite a good size porch (with a tile floor and coat hanging) plus a reasonable hallway with wood laminate floor and access to stairs/WC & living room0
