UKPC Parking Ticket Rejected Belfast

Hi
I hope you can help - I've been following other posts about this subject and I think I have landed myself in it.
I was parking at a free car park a few Sundays ago and every space was taken. Some cars had opted to park at the end of rows without spaces and because I did the same. Came back to the car and had a ticket for £100 - or £60 if i paid within 14 days. I decided to appeal and in doing so i have kinda admitted that I was the driver. They have rejected my appeal (surprise surprise).
What should I do now? Im inclined to write to them telling them i was not the driver. Im also tempted to write and say that they have no legal grounds for enforcing this against me.
What do you think I should do? Ignore any more correspondence? If and when debt collectors start to write - should I write to them telling them i dispute the claim and they should go back to UKPC?
Thanks

Is this in Northern Ireland ? ThanksWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Yes it is thanks0

The advice then is now to ignore them, you've made an appeal which probably wasn't the wisest thing to do. But it's done now. It's highly unlikely to go any further than threatograms through the post. Ukpc have never to my knowledge issued any claims in NI , in fact I can think of only once they have gone to court, and that was when someone sued them. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. The debt collectors are powerless vermin, and their outlandish threats border on the hysterical. Who are they by the way, is it roxburghe/Graham White or Debt Recovery Plus/Zenith Collections ?When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Hi Paul,
The advice for any PPC ticket in N.Ireland, and Scotland, is IGNORE, IGNORE and then IGNORE some more. It doesn't matter if you have admitted being the driver, you won't be paying them a penny.
The chances of you being taken to court are astronomically small , as no PPC has ever taken a case to court in NI, and UKPC have never taken a single case to court anywhere in the UK.
Now sit back, relax and prepare to pay threatogramme snap.
