LCP Parking - Parking Notice and Notice to Keeper

I have received a Parking Notice from LCP.
I play a geocaching / geolocation game
Essentially go to within 50m of a GPS location, press button on phone and go to the next.
One of these sites is easy to access from this LCP car park. Drive in, turn round, drive out. No stopping involved.
The particular day I did this twice. Once in the morning and once in the evening.
What the company has done is couple the first entry time and photo with the last exit time and photo and say I didn't pay parking between the two.
Do I email and explain and tell them to go bother someone else or ignore?
Btw it is titled 'parking charge Notice'
Today I also received the Notice to Owner letter.

You simply write back saying that you visited the site twice and give them the times. You then require them to search their database properly as it seems that their software has a bug and is erroneously missing the first out and second in photos.
Either cancel the charge or send a POPLA Code, but be prepared to be able to supply POPLA with a complete readable unedited copy of their database for the day in question.
Do not mention the game unless it is a free car park. Also check if there are any NO return within x hours restrictions.0 -

Is it that lot above (London Car Parks)? Interesting they say 'through partnership with our existing enforcement associates' they issue (fake) PCNs. Could be a good point for POPLA stage appeal. Do come back and tell us what response you get and if you are sent a POPLA code do not word it without help and looking at POPLA example appeals.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
