Dubai Jebel Ali IBC and UK Taxes?

Hi guys 
Basically I'm in the process of setting up a Dubai Jebel Ali IBC for business holdings in the UAE and I was wondering what would happen in terms of UK taxes should the Dubai IBC own UK shares that pay dividends, I know that if an IBC owned UK property it'd have to pay UK property taxes but I'm unsure about what happens when it comes to dividends from UK companies
Any help would be greatly appreciated

You would be best to get advice from a real international accountant. There are many schemes around. Some are famous or infamous. I have two on the go to reduce my tax, it's lawful. As for paying divi's to a foreign shareholder, as far as I know, it is taxed locally, hence, all the schemes in the BVI etc.
Do get advice. I know what I do. But I love my two trips to Dubai every year :laugh:0
