    Just noticed that the Ideal Home mag has a basic cheesecake recipe (plus variations) which uses an 8 inch springform tin.

    I took one to work a couple of years ago and people still talk about it now. It's easy to make, but the mixture is very runny so I always end up with it all over my hands and face. It uses a deep 8" diameter cake tin.

    nutella - i dont see why not.....bet it makes your teeth scream..but when that sugar craving hits i bet it would really hit the spot..oooh with cream on...ooh i hope you have little ones to help you with all these puds!!! LOL
