Rebo Trampolines

I bought a trampolene from Rebo at the end of last August. It was put away for the winter at the end of September and got out again this May. A few weeks ago both parts of the zip on the enclosure came undone stopping us from closing the enclosure and a hole appeared in the base, Rebo offer a one year guarantee on the enclosure and 5years on the mat. I contacted them but they refuse to do anything as the trampolene has been fine for over 6 months although it has only been in use for less than 4. Is this right or should they replace or repair.

If the faults are inherent then they have to repair, replace or refund (possibly partial) if the trampoline hasn't lasted a reasonable length of time. However, since its more than 6 months since you bought it the onus is on you to prove the fault is inherent. You will need to get an independent report to prove this.0

I purchased an Rebo 8 foot Trampoline for my granddaughter at the end of last September, and she only used it for approximately four weeks before we packed it away for winter.
When we tried to reassemble it approximately three weeks ago, the ends of two of the fibre glass rods snapped and I duly contacted Playtimes.
There is no longer a Customer Service telephone number to call, and all correspondence has to take place via e-mail and I am becoming increasingly frustrated as they tell me they do not supply the type of rods that I require!
I have sent numerous e-mails but just cannot seem to get this matter resolved. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.0
