county court defence help

Hello all, received a court letter from a ppc regarding an incident that happened a while ago. I could do with some help from senior members or a letter template/link to create a substantial defence to these allegations.

    UKCPS, county court stamped papers, a family member ignored the letters for whatever reason and now would like some help. Rather not go into 2 much detail on here though. Hence pm request. thanks
