Citroen C8
we have been looking for an MPV and today we have seen a C8 diesel automatic SX 56 plate for £17000 now this is an ex demo and has 600 miles on the clock we have booked a test drive on wed now on returning home we checked out new prices on several sites and Citroen supasaver are offering the C8 diesel manuel registered 07/07which has better emmissions brand new for £17330 so not such a great deal at the show room we are really interested where should we start with price if we decide to go ahead? the only difference being the age and the windows on the 06 have been darkened we didnt really want to buy new as the depreciation is so large
we also looked at a second hand Sedona but the seat configuration was wrong we need 2-3-2 and this was 2-2-3 and you couldnt change as we are a family of 5 with my mum coming with us occasionaly the new sedona was exactly what we wanted but at £23000 for leather and all the extras it is not in our price range so any thoughts?

I posted the below a few days ago. Broadspeed sourced the C3 I wanted from Birmingham, i live in Wirral, so wouldn't have found it myself.

I've just paid the deposit on a brand new car!
The best price in the showroom was £7990, after the Citroen 'cashback' offer.
I asked Broadspeed to search for me and within 24 hours they put me in touch with Citroen Birmingham, who will deliver the vehicle to my door, exact spec and colour all for the price of £6350. That's a saving of £1640, which i'm well cuffed about.Lic.0 -
Broadspeed will do your c8 for £16505.
Hope the above helpsLic.0 -
Why not take Lic's quote above and go back to original dealer, either, much better discount - I would sy £14500 max, or match or better for a new one.I am a Mortgage Adviser

If you phone broadspeed again, they will chase up the dealer for you.
I had to do this and was told the dealer normally gets in touch with you after about 48 hours.
For the saving you will make it is worth pushing them.Lic.0
