I need your help on how to advise an estate agent that I wish to back out of the offer thats been accepted on a property.
Are there any legal implications?
The seller has sent paperwork to our solicitor who is awaiting out instruction, who I am going to advise today that I do not want him to proceed.
Thank you

There are no legal implications until contracts have been exchanged.
You are not yet at this point so you can withdraw your offer and you can just walk away. Obviously various people will be a bit hacked off.0 -
Why are you pulling out? If you still want to buy another house, you might well want to keep good relations with the agent. If it is through no fault of the vendor, it is probably better coming from you direct sooner rather than later. If the vendor has been mucking you around, then you could do it in your own time and your own way.You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0
