I'm still trying to chase up a refund owed to me for products returned and my letter of complaint seams to have fallen on deaf ears.
Does anyone please have a name of someone high up in customer services or an email that I can try please? Its well over £100 so not a small amount

I would ring the head office switchboard on 0115 9506111. I'm sure they'd happily give you tha name of the director of customer services.
