    I got my Razor, but I never received my Benefits eyeshadow, which I am really upset about as I have chased it up twice and although I have had an answer the company still haven't sent it out. I won it in May and its now nearly Nov (six months) I wont hold my breath :(

    I emailed the people a while back as i had not received the razor (someone put the email on this thread) and within a week i got the razor.

    Ninth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    i emailed the lady on the 1st Oct threatening ASA and she asked for my details to chase it up. Still waiting. Wondering if I should go ahead to ASA then email her.

    I think I will go with the ASA too if I dont get the item by the end of the week. Its just a joke. I have even asked to be cc'd in on emails to the PR company, but they wouldnt do that.

    yes, the balm AND the eyeshadow! i definitely think i will too. i'm not letting them get away with it :P
