Has anybody contacted the ASA? The deadline I gave Glamour for the receipt of my prize has now passed and I haven't even had a reply to my email, let alone received my prize. :mad:0

I contacted the ASA and they have just confirmed that they will contact Glamour and ask them to supply my prize. Hope they have more luck than I did...

Hand and lip balm now received from the PR company, with a boxful of extra products by way of compensation. So glad I pursued this and now a very happy bunny. :T0

I've been chasing up 2 missing prizes since August. One turned up within 2 days of initial enquiry but still no sign of the other.
Had several responses to emails stating how they are 'looking into it' or 'chasing up with the PR company' but for the last 3 weeks or so, I'm not even getting a response.
Fair do's, the prizes aren't worth the earth, but it's the principle - if they publish your name as a winner, surely it's only right you get your prize?
Think I'll be getting onto the ASA. Hope everyone else gets sorted with their missing items.0
