JUDGED COMPETITION


This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of Clogau Gold of Wales Ltd, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person. All registrations must be received by 23:59 GMT Wednesday 31st July 2013 to be valid. Entries must be made by completing the form at www.clogau.co.uk/treasuredmoments. Valid entries are based on all of the fields in the form being complete.

The judging process will take place between 1st – 2nd August 2013. No entrant may win more than one prize. The winners will be decided by the judges. The judge's decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into. The winners will be notified by email on Monday 5th August 2013, using the email address provided during the competition entry. The prizes will be sent to the winners by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. No extension available. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name in such publicity.

The winning prizes are 5 large wooden jewellery cases (code: CDSSAMPLE1) with a retail value of £360 each. The prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into. The prizes are strictly non-transferable. The prizes cannot be redeemable for cash or exchange. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
