My daughter brought back the complete Hustle from China, but its on HDVD format, does anyone know how I can play this or copy it to normal DVD.

Do you mean HD DVD?
HDDVD movies are heavily copy protected so you can't rip the film to the PC and to play it you'd need a HDDVD player - and they start at around £400.

Even the £400 players are only at that price because they are heavily subsidised to gain market share. As said you need a HD DVD player if indeed you mean it is a HD DVD disc. It may be possible with a lot of work to convert to dvd by heavily reducing quality or spreading among many discs and violate the copy protection mechanisms which are far more hefty than normal DVDs but that would be illegal and not to mention against forum rules to discuss.

I think that it may not be a High Definition Digital Versatile Disc, but a Chinese format. It should play on a standard DVD player.
