Help with chargeback reversal!!

Hi, I need some advice over what to do with a chargeback reversal.

I sold an item on ebay in January and sent the item special delivery(which i DON'T have the receipt for)

The buyer left feedback to say he was happy with the item and that was that.
2 months after this I received an e-mail from paypal saying that he had advised his credit card company that the transaction was unauthorised.

Because I had no proof of postage, the credit card company asked for the money back and charged paypal £11.95 on top which inturn they debited my account by £151.95.

Scince then I've e-mailed the buyer to say that the item was now unpaid and threatened that I would go to the Police , He replied that he knew nothing about it and he wanted proof, which I gave him. Scince then I've heard nothing
Does anybody have any advice on what I could do next

Thanks in advance

Julian

Take the buyer to the small claims court for the money. I done this several times - both for non paying bidders and twice now for chargebacks. You can do it online - search for money claim online. They almost always payup as soon as they receive the court documents. But be prepared to travel to them and present your claim if they dont.

Not having proof of delivery might make it awkward, but if yo ucan show from the feedback and emails that they recieved it you should be OK. Dont let the buyer know you dont have proof of delivery though.
