Can I Refuse Delivery?

Hi,
Last week I bought some white goods from a high street store, a washer dryer and a fridge freezer. I have paid for the goods in full. Delivery of these goods to my home is not until next Saturday.
Today I have noticed that the same store has reduced the price of the fridge freezer by £250.
Obviously I am not too happy about this. My question is where do I stand? Could I cancel the order and re-order at the new price given as I have not yet received the goods? Or if not could I cancel and order the same item from another store (price matched at the new price)?
Thanks

If you bought in store in a face to face transaction you have no right to cancel. Go in and speak to them about the price.0

Was planning on calling them tomorrow just wanted to know where I stood first.
So what if I got the stuff delivered and then returned the goods afterwards? I normally would not be bothered about this, if it were only £20 or so, but £250 is a bit of a steep amount to lose on some goods that I don't even have yet. Surely I have some right to cancel my order.0 -
And if the price had gone up by £250 and they had asked you for the additional amount before they delivered it?
You saw it at a price and bought it as you were happy with that price so have no legal comeback.0 -

If you made the purchase in a face to face transaction then the only cancellation rights you have are those stated by the retailer either at the time of sale, on the receipt on on an advert or website that lead you to make the purchase.0 -
Assuming it's Currys, you do have the right to cancel for change of mind.

Following the Curry's assumption, they also offer a price promise and will refund any price changes within 7 days.
