- you were almost certainly pre-mugged, by design, by your landlord / managing agent
- the [GLS] telephone number number is direct to UW debt collection department
- get out of the clutches of UW as soon as possible, you need to consider your future damaged credit rating

Noted, thank you. Luckily I am only in the property for another month and a half. I'll certainly be closing down the account with care!!
