    Good morning ladies.

Yesterday was a write off. Minimal flying. DH has gone back to work and DS1 has reverted to his moody, surly, belligerent behaviour. DH came home shattered and DS1 got away with murder. I'm seething but have to keep my cool so as to keep things sweet for DH.

I was out babysitting and wanted to talk to DH when I came home at 9.30 but he was already asleep in bed.

Today is sports Day at the primary school. DS3 has recovered well from his fall down the manhole and is allowed to take part.

I've had to confiscate DS3's iPod touch. He won't put it down in the morning and I find him engrossed in some game with unbrushed, teeth, hair and breakfast all over his unwashed face.

Better put some sun cream On. It's going to be another lovely day.

HJ Hope you get some answers for you DH soon. Hugs.

CY so pleased your DH is still employed.

I think I have died.. hayfever is horrendous.. my ears and eyes are so itchy and my eyes are sticky yet still streaming I want to just pull them off! My nose is streaming and my nose and lip are sore from so much blowing!.. and DD2 has taken all my drugs *cry*.. Looks like Squeak is suffering too.

The wool for the baby blanket has arrived so I have that to occupy the next few weeks, not sure how many more squares I need to do actually.. I'll boss OH to count the ones I've done. I got a couple of other balls too.. it was the same postage for up to 9 balls so it would be rude not to take advantage :D.. plus it was £1.30 per ball cheaper than the local shop!.

I need to finish Squeaks packing for the weekend today and sort my 2 new dresses I think.. I never got the motivation to do them yesterday. Oooh.. and add socks for Dot!

Recycling out already and cuppa made so I'll crack on after that.

    Morning everyone

Posting quickly from work. Yesterday I managed to pop into town to get a few things I needed before going to view 2 houses for sale. After that I had a quick look at the Next VIP sale preview, sorted dry laundry and did HHI.

Today after work we may be viewing more houses, not sure yet. Either way, my mission is to get to the bottom of the ironing pile before Saturday. It really is massive

    Morning all

Flying - DW and WM both just finished so I'll empty those next. Washed up, mended DS2's suit trousers, ironed them and put sewing stuff and ironing stuff away.

Plan then is a 15 minute job in the garden and a friend is coming in for a cuppa (the one recently diagnosed with BC and is having her scan this mornng).

Need to do my gardening job this afternoon, pop into primary for open evening, pop into secondary to see how sale of new uniform is going, go to pub for end of year invigilator drink - oh and need to get milk at some point.

Sand swept and sieved back into the sand tray, sand removed from water tray, DW on, laundry off the line folded, recycling and composting out.

OH managed to allow the girls upstairs to trash my room and has picked up maybe 5 toys and a few books.

I now have new patterns to go with my new wool :D I see myself being busy for the next 6 weeks!

    Good morning everyone

I have decluttered physio appointment this morning. Apart from doing very light non-loadbearing exercises, I need to rest the shoulder to allow swelling to go down and then go back to physio next week - no tea pouring allowed! That will not go down well with my workmen (5 in the house today) so I am trying to pour left-handed :rotfl:

Dust is everywhere as the electrician is drilling holes for cables, the plumbers are drilling holes for radiator pipes and the builders are knocking out doorways. The next-door neighbours have sensibly opted to go out today :D

OH is in a foul mood and nothing I say helps :( Not improved by the shower not working this morning - water OK, electrical supply to the pull switch OK, but the electrician had had the cover off the shower unit to test it and hadn't seated it properly again so the water would not turn on... Back to a camping wash in 1/2 inch of water in the washing up bowl :o Shower mended now :)

(((Hugs))), spoons, sticks, tissues, suncream and :coffee: and cold drinks to all who need them.

Well.. he picked up a few more bits.. I refuse to do it.. it almost kills me bending down and I have rather low BP so tend to go all dizzy and silly so it isn't good..

I just want to get out my knitting now lol... I may go feed myself and the small pink pests..

Oh.. and his mother has now said to take swimmies for the girls.. but if it is nice they don't want to be stuck indoors at a pool and if it I persuade the beach or paddling pool they won't be wearing a swimsuit anyway.. a swim nappy and a tshirt yes.. not a swimsuit.. they'd burn to a crisp! Just because they are all lizards who welcome the prospect of skin cancer doesn't mean I will allow it for my pinks!

I swear men have no brains!... He went in the kitchen, discovered the 2 implets had made a mess, exclaimed 'Oh baby girls!!'... then LEFT THEM IN THERE!!!!!

I told him to go kick them out which was greeted with huffing and chuffing and moaning 'it can't get any worse' I just replied 'well it will no doubt be me cleaning it up'... so he has gone and dealt with that mess too..

I may have to give him a slap!

Online form filled out which is why I am still sat here.. :p
