    Non receipt of alarm call. Was it listed as a item on the bill? If not then again. No chargeback right.
    If it was then you might get them to chargeback that part of the bill.

    Did it not mention on the booking conformation what you got for the £465.

    On that occasion it was through Amex though, Amex are pretty well known for siding with the customer on pretty much any dispute :P
