Moving overdraft from student account

Hi everyone
I have a Natwest overdaft of £1800 from my student account which has sadly been maxed out since I graduated from uni nearly a year ago. I haven't been able to pay it back and from September I will start being charged interest.
Does anyone know if there is a way I could move my £1800 debt to another account which may be interest free for 12 months?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
