I hope someone can help with this- I have not been able to retreive my o2 messages through Outlook Express for the last couple of weeks, I get an error message- The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.genie.co.uk', Server: 'mail.genie.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E I have Googled but without success. I have another issue,
probably not related-I have not been able to connect to Ryanair website for the last few days- anyone any ideas, thanks in anticipation

try turning off your broadband router for a few minutes , then turning it back on

Did have zone alarm but unistalled it when probs started,tried turning Netgear modem off a suggested and disconnecting Kcorp wiress router, no joy!0
