I'm planning on a session making pendants and cufflinks with my Brownies and Guides next term (so they can then give them to patents for Christmas presents), but have become stuck.
Do any MSE'rs have suggestions about the most cost effective place to buy about 30 each of the gubbins to make these cheaply?
Thanks in advance for your help:)

You need to search for cabochons http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/clear-glass-round-cabochons & a mount http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/cabochon-pendant-setting can't actually recommend a specific supplier but as you have plenty of time you can probably order them dirt cheap from China through ebay as can take a month or so to get delivery.Booo!!!0

Try somewhere like Kernowcraft first, they are in Cornwall and specialise in semi-precious stones plus all the findings to go with them!! Some really useful guides too!!0
