PPI Claims with no paper work

in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
Hi there, my wife and I are sure we both have been sold PPI on credit cards/mortgage policies but after spending hours/days/weeks/months digging through all old paper work can't find the relevant paper work. Is it possible to file claims when you don't have any information regarding companies?
Any help would be great.

    What do you mean be relevant paperwork?
    Are you saying you dont know if you have PPI or not?

    card card PPI appears on each monthly statement after you do not pay the balance in full. Mortgage PPI is a monthly direct debit (one of the reasons it has a low success rate on complaints).
