National express connections

Have never travelled cross-country by bus, but need to get from somerset to essex

Have looked at national express website and have put exact journey in, ie not split ticketing. However it says i need to change bus in london. Does this mean if i miss the connection in london de to the bus arrivng late, its my fault and i have to buy another ticket for the second part of the journey? Or because its booked as a complete journey, can i just catch the next bus if i miss mine

Just worried as there is only an hour between buses, which doesnt give much leaway, but unless i split ticket (which is more expensive) NE only suggest buses with the 1 hour window

Clearly, if the bus arrives late in London it is not your fault.

Looks good to me. What do you think?
