Recurrent Payments through Paypal

Does anyone know if the 'Distance Selling Regulations' cover recurrent payments through Paypal. What has happened is that 6 months ago my daughter wanted Binweevals membership. I purchased this for her on line using Paypal and thought I cancelled the recurring element. However Paypal have emailed me to say on 4 July Binweevals took another 6 months payment. Their website says absolutely no refunds. My daughter does not want this membership and I am gutted that I have paid again for something not wanted and which won't be used. Do I have rights to a refund under the 7 day rule?

Services have special rules. In this instance your rights to cancel is waivered once the service begins which since she has access to it it has begun.
Not much you can do about it now, make sure you issue notice of cancellation and cancel the recurring payment this time0
