Hi
They have sent me my info that I asked via data protection act 1998
In the info they state that I had a loan which opened 2001 and closed in 2004 the loan amount was £6700 over 3 years with monthly payment of £253 and ppi was taken out, however they tell me they have no documentation for this.
Where do I stand trying to claim on this if no documentation is available.

You can still make your complaints giving your reasons and supply copies of any information you have to support your complaint. A strong complaint reason doesnt need much documentation to still exist. A weak complaint reason would.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
