Secure Trust Bank & Debt Managers

I see that Secure Trust Bank has recently purchased Debt Managers Ltd.
I'm on a Debt Management Plan but none of my debts are currently with Debt Managers however should I or anyone else be wary of using Secure Trust Bank in case a debt is transferred to Debt Managers in the future.

I'm not sure right of set-off would apply in this circumstance, but I would VERY closely read any terms and conditions that are sent through in the post in the near future.
Very odd purchase though, Secure Trust Bank clearly are not interested in the, shall we say, "reputable" end of the financial services market.urs sinserly,
