Nationwide basic bank account online acceptance

Hello all,
With regards to the those who got accepted for a Nationwide basic account, did anyone who got accepted at the end of the online process encounter any problems thereafter with acceptance?
I'll not bore anyone with my situation however I am getting rejected from all banks with regards to any current account applications & have been accepted online with Nationwide for their basic account to include a debit card. I don't have a perfect credit history due to one credit card debt which has defaults however am sceptical as to whether the forms when they are posted out will require a further credit check.
Did people just receive account details etc following acceptance and/or their card or did they have to sign agreement forms etc & provide any further ID etc? Also, how long did it take to receive any correspondance from Nationwide?
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Kindest regards

sometimes this happens. not a lot can be done to stop this. its a toss up of taking 2-3 weeks to get setup and running or get it all in a week.
i know i would want it asap so i could get started so i pick the latter. but this only works for the first time, once you have an account and apply then get accepted it shows online that day.Age: 24 / London/Ireland / Salary €49,000 / 1 London BTL (8% yield) / Total savings pot £12k+
