land registry question

just looking at a property on the land registry site & its recorded twice. one with price details & one without.
Does anyone know what this could mean before I spend money please? does it mean a second charge or repossession?

Do you mean there are two identical Titles?
Are you sure one is not a freehold title and the other leasehold?0 -
So there are two freehold Titles listed for the same address, with two seperate Title numbers?
Either a very unlikely error, in which case ring the LR helpline and ask,or, asI say, they are different Titles at the same address (ie lease/freehold)
I suppose if the Title was split (eg the owner sold part of his garden) a new Title would be registered, but usually this would be described differently ("Land at 23 Strange Street")0 -
I don't think it will relate to a second charge or repossession.
G_M's steer seems logical but all a question of what you are searching against i.e. number, road and/or post code
