Barclaycard freedom rewards vs Barclaycard High-5. Do I transfer?

Hi all,
I currently have a Freedom Rewards (FR) CC and an AMEX Platinum Cashback CC, obviously I am wanting to get the best rewards for my spends (aren't we all?)
I use my FR CC for everything I cannot use my AMEX for - I am wondering if anyone has transferred their FR CC to the High-5 CC which offers cashback as opposed to points. If they have transferred was it worth it?
In people's opinions is the High-5 CC better? I am currently spending around £600-700 on the FR CC. I noticed their was a few threads on the High-5 CC but nothing which directly addresed this question.
Help in advance is appreciated.

If most of your spend is on Amex then your better with the freedom. The Barclaycard high 5 is pretty useless if your not putting 15 transactions on it in a month and putting big purchases on it, which you'll most likely be able to use Amex for.0
