    That's about - for electric - assuming a not very good tariff - bang on 100000 units.
    Clearly not a coincidence - your previous read - or this one - has been entered in error such that the new read is lower than the old.
    This means they think you've wrapped the meter.
    Should be easy to clear up.

    Would have been nice if they had tested their software before rolling out the ' ooh these are so good you will be amazed by them' smart meters! I haven't laughed so much in ages!

    At least this error you can immediately call. What about the others that will be overlooked - the £10 and £50 mistakes that will pile up unnoticed?
