FInding a solicitor/conveyancer.

I'm a noob when it comes to this subject so need a little help. Had a quote from a firm, shown below.
Can anyone help to check it over, and help with what other fees I need to check will be payable? I know it says no hidden extras, but from what I've read, I should take that with a pinch of salt.

    Price is best I have had and it seems like it includes all the necessary extras and stuff.
    Was just looking for confirmation that there were no other extra charges and fees that weren't mentioned.

    Is it a local firm with a good reputation?

    It's good to compare prices, but the lowest quote isn't necessarily best, as if they give a slow service it could result in your purchase falling through.
