ESA and moving back with parents (quick question)

Quick question - I am on income based ESA (I'm 33) but am stuggling to afford living on my own and am going to move back in with my parents for a while. They are both retired and will not be supporting me financially.

Question is am I still eligible for the income related ESA or are the benefits agency going to try to take into account my parents income when I inform them of my change of address?

Thanks :)

You are still entitled as your parents income is not relevant to your claim.

If it is you're thinking of claiming HB whilst living back at your parents, you cannot...

No - I know I cant claim housing benefit or anything else - it was purely about my ESA.

    Thanks for the replies
