Ebay case open INR even though it is recieved

I have had someone open an INR case against me for an xbox game even though they signed for the item and left feedback stating that they 'loved the game'. I sent the item signed for and have their signature in the correct name of the buyer. I have provided the tracking to ebay and contacted the ebay member who is ignoring me. The case is for £15.50 which is now showing as a negative balance in my Paypal account. How long is this likely to drag on for and am I likely to win as I provided tracking and they left feedback? Thank you

If you have uploaded tracking information, you will need to escalate after 8 days for ebay to review, unless the buyer closes the case first.0

Have you messaged the buyer to ask if they opened the case for the wrong item?
Maybe say that you have confirmation that the item was delivered, and their feedback suggests that they have received your item, so maybe they meant to open a case for another purchase.
if it really is an error, they might then close the case.0 -
Thank you all for your help. They buyer has now closed the case and sent a message apologising that she had opened a case aginst the wrong item, just a mistake and mistakes happen!0
