    Having read the whole thread I'm still in gobsmacked disbelief that they wouldn't let you cancel and re-order the card! Unrecognised transaction or not, pending or not, there's no reason at all preventing them from ordering one and as has been proven, doing so leaves you and them wide open to further fraud.
