in the out of date brochure you had, did it show that you could book holidays for the dates you are travelling? If so, then H&J should really have had an erratta on the system, which they should have read out to you prior to booking.

Thanks for the advice, that is my whole argument that I didn't know that the Thea wasn't a new brochure and that the star rating had been amended.

Albions, what you need to do is check that the 'old' brochure you had still showed the dates in the pricing panel for the dates that you have booked. If it did, and you could have booked it before the 'new' brochure came out, you should have a case. However, if the dates of your holiday were not shown in the brochure you had, then technically they could get away with it.
